Michele’s mastery is the result of over three decades of devotion to both strategy and spirit. She blends powerful modalities such as the Law of Attraction, Human Design, Access Consciousness, Bars, Reconnective Healing, SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), Hawaiian Healing, Yuen Energetics, and Matrix Energetics—weaving together ancient wisdom with modern energetic science.

At the same time, her corporate background is equally impressive. Her claim to fame is single-handedly almost (as a department of one), she designed, created, set up and implemented ISO 9002 Quality Management System getting ISO 9002 certified in a year from being hired to do so without any findings. How she did this, many tried to figure out (including her husband who told her not to bother applying for the job in the newspaper), as Michele had absolutely none of the qualifications required for the Executive Quality & Training Manager Job she applied for and landed. She is not an engineer, had no prior ISO 9000 or manufacturing Oil and Gas experience, and knew no one in the "Old Boys Club.." She was a veteran through of the HP Way at Hewlett-Packard for a decade moving up throught the ranks, never taking over or underqualified as a "Thing.," and a deep love, and a mind that maps and thinks process.

With over 30 years experience in the corporate arenas, watch out when you had Michele as Lead auditor as typically there were easily 45 findings on her internal audits.  It was all about continuously improving and still is.

 Michele has led strategic initiatives in, and facilitated ISO 9001, Kepner-Tregoe's Problem-Solving and Decision-Making critical thinking processes, BANK methodology, TQC (Total Quality Control) as she loves systems-thinking, and results-based leadership frameworks.

Michele's gift is being able to translate, integrate and seamlessly blend all of that expertise into transformation tools that empower the whole human being—not just the professional or the healer or the entrepreneur, but the soul behind it all.  She was a super-mom after all, raising 3 children on her own when her husband went on sabbaticals.  And they are all beautifully independent professionals today.  Now onto lighting up and sparkling the world through the ripple effect of working with her amazing and heart-centred clients, all on their own Missions.
